Over the years, Dr. Warren has assembled a group of highly skilled and talented dental professionals. Like Dr. Warren, we continually refine our knowledge with advanced continuing education courses in restorative care, preventive dentistry, and cosmetic procedures.
We all share Dr. Warren’s ability to be friendly and compassionate while focusing on your needs. During your visit, our team will do everything we can to make sure you are comfortable. From insurance matters to post-treatment care, we are always happy to answer any of your questions. Together, our team is dedicated to helping all of our patients have a healthy, beautiful smile.
Elizabeth, Office Manager
 Elizabeth has been at our office since Dr. Warren opened the practice in 1989. Beginning her career as Dr Warren’s dental assistant, Elizabeth quickly took on expanded duties. Since 2002, she has held the title of office manager, working closely with our patients in treatment and financial planning. Her experience in both the clinical and business sides of our dental practice has afforded Elizabeth a comprehensive perspective of each patient’s dental experience.
Elizabeth most enjoys the relationships that she has built with our patients and families over the years, having had the good fortune of meeting all of them as the practice has grown. She also values the lasting friendships of her co-workers.
In her time at home, Elizabeth enjoys cooking for her family and spending time in her garden.
Kristi, Senior Dental Hygienist
 Kristi began assisting us at the office while she was still attending college in 1990. The experience here inspired her to become a dental hygienist, and Kristi completed a college program to become a dental hygienist in 1995. She has worked with Dr Warren ever since. As the doctor’s senior hygienist, Kristi performs expanded restorative responsibilities, and has accumulated 15 years of continuing education experience in all aspects of dentistry.
Kristi appreciates the standard of quality work provided by Dr Warren and our staff, and is highly committed to great dentistry and the empathy that makes each patient feel truly cared for. She values our staff members, who treat each other with respect and pass the benefits of that ethic on to our patients. She considers Dr Warren’s practice a fun place to work!
In her free time, Kristi likes camping, boating and spending quality time with family and friends.
Zhanna, Registered Dental Hygienist
 Zhanna has worked in the dental field for twelve years, and after completing an associate degree program in arts and science, has been a registered dental hygienist for four years. She joined our team in 2006, and focuses mainly on Dr Warren’s periodontal health program.
An enthusiastic member of our dental practice, Zhanna looks forward to interacting with patients and helping them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
Away from the office, Zhanna enjoys traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, and her friends and family.
Robyn, Certified Dental Assistant
 Robyn is Dr Warren’s lead dental assistant, and has worked at the practice since becoming a certified dental assistant in 2002. Robyn takes pride in assuring that the clinical programs run smoothly, and our patients receive the best treatment experience we can provide. She believes that clinical expertise is best combined with a warm, friendly approach, so patients feel that we are truly their dental partners.
When she’s not at our office building healthier smiles, Robyn spends time with her family, plays with her dogs, cooks new recipes, reads, and explores the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Lindsay, Certified Dental Assistant
 Lindsay is the newest member of our dental team. After completing a dental assisting program at Renton Technical College, she worked as a dental assistant for three years and with Dr. Warren since 2009.
Lindsay appreciates that the staff members at our practice work so hard to help each other and our patients. She values the relationships she has been able to build with each of our patients, and looks forward to serving them further.
Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, camping, playing games, watching the Seahawks, and cooking.
Stephanie, Scheduling Coordinator
 If you’ve called our office to arrange an appointment in the last five years, Stephanie’s is the cheery voice you’ve heard on the other end of the line. As scheduling coordinator, Stephanie works with individual patients and families to find the best way to complete treatment, navigating around their busy schedules. Stephanie has a passion for what we do here, and her positive attitude is infectious.
Stephanie has a unique view of how the whole dental office works. With 16 years of dental experience after completing a dental assistant program in 1991, she understands the entire patient experience, which enables her to serve them with empathy and efficiency.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys being her daughter’s mother, practicing pilates, reading, and family time.
